The International Assignment Profile is used by HR, EAP, or outside counselors to increase the business and human success of international assignments for both international employees (expats) and expat families by "supporting in" rather than "screening out" candidates.
Managers choose international employees based on the job requirements, the IAP identifies what will be needed to prevent failure and maximize their success.
The employee and accompanying family complete a friendly online interview, the IAP then analyzes the data and matches the international employee and family to the specific location assigned, providing critical information and allowing the preparation and support activities to be aligned.

- Produces a list of prioritized, categorized, actionable issues.
- Identifies Back Home issues that will impact the assignment Including children who are not going but in school, college, or military.
- Gathers information about spousal employment and spousal career impact- a major emerging factor in international assignments.
- Identifies traits and behaviors that may hinder or will enhance the adjustment to the location. Includes validated measures for all the known psychological variables that impact cultural adjustment!
- Employee and family's needs in critical areas are compared with known situations in the anticipated location.
- Review and summary of medical and prescription or medication need.

The IAP uses advanced AI (Artificial Intelligence) methods to both gather and analyze information, and is extremely cost and resource effective, especially when compared to the costs of a failed or compromised assignment.
